Rocket.chat: Add a reset button in permissions
its easy to mess up the permissions, a reset button would be very useful there.

Previous state might be difficult, because "previous" might be misinterpreted. Maybe some "backup my permission-settings"-feature would help here, makes it able to create "snapshots" for this BEFORE messing around.

@MartinSchoeler instead of a reset button wouldn't save changes and cancel button be better for it. It would make it consistent with the overall settings and also would be more efficient as currently the
data in the server is being changed every time when the user clicks on the check or uncheck button .
If we have a save changes or cancel button it would reduce the number of times Meteor.call function
is being called
