Retroarch: [Feature Request] Add 'Remember last opened file/directory' in Load Content Settings

FEATURE REQUEST :
Add 'Remember last opened file/directory' in Load Content Settings.
When this setting is On, Load Content will open last opened directory with last opened file highlighted.

Isn't this what the history tab is for? Seems like requesting an already existing feature to me...

Actually this is a good idea, I have been implementing this in some other
parts already.

Baisacslly say you load game via load content, he's asking that the next
time you go to load content (within a session) you start at the same
directories as before, so if you were playing a game in /games/SNES it
would start there.

I'd like this to be the case for all "directory browswing" contexts, e.g. loading shader presets, overlays, etc etc. Every menu entry that browses directories should ideally remember the last used location. Can this report be extended, or should I file a new issue for this broader functionality?
