Readthedocs.org: Name conflict: atom

I am currently the maintainer of the atom project ( https://github.com/nucleic/atom) (which predates the popular editor of the same name). As part of my maintenance effort I wrote docs that I would like to publish on read the docs.

However there is a name conflict with https://readthedocs.org/projects/atom/ which does not have a single successful build and no recent activity (the github repo is a private one and cannot be reached).

I could not find any contact information for the maintainer and I would hence appreciate if a core team could contact the maintainer, to resolve the conflict.

I have reached out to the maintainer to see if he would be willing to transfer the project to you. In these sorts of situations, we follow our abandoned project guidelines. Since the repo isn't accessible and there are no successful builds, this may not be a complex situation but it can take some time as we typically give people 6 weeks.
