~@js1121302139 I'm receiving the same error, have you had any luck in fixing this? I tried @rosiearms' suggestion, too, but it didn't fix anything for me.~

I was able to avoid this error by rolling react-native-splash-screen back to v3.0.9. @js1121302139 try npm uninstall react-native-splash-screen and then npm install --save [email protected], then rebuilding.

@crazycodeboy Could this have something to do with commit c8bb8d4 or another recent commit?

not sure if your issue is exactly the same but I just did a build clean in android studio and it fixed this error. I followed this:
