React-native-splash-screen: specified for property 'assetsDir' does not exist.

Well, I did every step from the readme and ain't working.
What can I do to solve it?

I don't use Androd Studio. Just React Native it self. Thanks!

Same issue with React Native for react-native-maps tho. I guess has something to do with upgrading RN?!

I open the Android part in Android Studio, then clean Project. And it works.
