React-360: MediaAppTemplate gives subtitleSurface.recenter is not a function error in console

When trying to install MediaAppTemplate console gives subtitleSurface.recenter is not a function error. What can be the reason and how to solve it?

Same as #645, these templates are for limited partners and reference not-yet-published APIs

Hey @andrewimm! Thanks for this awesome library. Could you help us figuring out a way to have a sample "Tour" project working? Trying to play around with either the Samples folder (old runtime) or the Examples folder (following the official docs!) didn't help so far.
