the latest from github (online udpate), and i can't find "10.0.19041.84" inside it.
As you saw when you read other messages, the file in this to isn't getting
updated. Most of us recommend that one getting maintained by asmtron

sorry, i didn't understand you. What should i do? Ini-file is updated, windows is updated also
So you have got the .ini file from asmtron or affinityv's repo, installed that and restarted, and still have problems?
If you haven't, then affinityv's file might be best - he has updated his file more recently.

Okay, i googled "asmtron", found his fork of this project, grabbed ini-file and all works now. Thank you, man!
Good stuff. By the way, on that repo you'll find his autoupdate batch file and related utilities. These allow you to set your computer up to check your .ini file on every boot and load an updated file if needed.

this worked on several W10 with 10.0.19041.84 for me, thanks.
Important to do after changing the ini content is:
RDPWInst.exe -r
