Rdpwrap: Windows Ver 10.0.18362.418 - Says it is working but will not allow another user to connect [FIXED]

Hi,

As you can see everything is green but still will not let another user connect.

I have added the below to my .ini file but still no Joy.

Where did your rdpwrap.ini config come from?

Hi Clem,

I had to strip out the windows versions in the .ini so it only had the termsrv version. Everything then sprang into life.

Fixed.
Download 'rfxvmt.dll' and copy it to C://windows/System32
If this file aleardy exists.
run 'net stop TermService' in the command, then copy it to _C://windows/System32_ again(Overwrite)
run 'net start TermService '.
Done!

Which rfxvmt.dll did you use? Is it from the latest 1.6.2 release on GitHub, or another one?

Thank you, your steps worked. I couldn't replace the rfxvmt.dll file even with TermService stopped, so I had to boot to safe mode command prompt. To recap:

1. Download rdpwrap.zip from @Techgoduk above
2. Download rfxvmt.zip from the thread above
3. Unzip both to a temporary location
4. Go to recovery options and boot to command prompt
5. Copy rdpwrap.ini from temporary location to C:\Program Files\RDPWrap
6. Copy rfxvmt.dll to C:\Windows\System32

Reboot and everything is working.

rfxvmt.dll is absent in Home version, but not copy this file!
Use dism to install packages:
%windir%\servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-Virtualization-RemoteFX-User-Mode-Transport-Package~*.mum
