Rclone: moveto: Thinks that the file already exists if the src and dst filenames are the same

What is your rclone version (eg output from rclone -V)

rclone v1.38
- os/arch: linux/arm
- go version: go1.9

Which OS you are using and how many bits (eg Windows 7, 64 bit)

Raspbian (running on a raspberry pi)

Which cloud storage system are you using? (eg Google Drive)

Dropbox

The command you were trying to run (eg rclone copy /tmp remote:tmp)

pi@pi:~/Dropbox $ rclone --log-level DEBUG moveto "dropbox:camera uploads/2017-03-06 13.33.06.jpg" "dropbox:Family/Media/Photos/2017/03/2017-03-06 13.33.06.jpg"

Here you can see that even though the src and dst paths are different, the filenames stay the same, I'm simply trying to move a file (unmodified) from one directory to another.

To verify that the target actually does not yet exist in the remote, here is a lsd along the path that shows that the 2017 directory doesn't actually exist yet.

pi@pi:~/Dropbox $ rclone lsd dropbox:Family/Media/Photos
          -1 2017-10-11 15:10:51 -1 2003
          -1 2017-10-11 15:10:51 -1 2004
          -1 2017-10-11 15:10:51 -1 2005
          -1 2017-10-11 15:10:51 -1 2007

          -1 2017-10-11 15:10:51 -1 2010
          -1 2017-10-11 15:10:51 -1 2011
          -1 2017-10-11 15:10:51 -1 2012
          -1 2017-10-11 15:10:51 -1 2013
          -1 2017-10-11 15:10:51 -1 2014
          -1 2017-10-11 15:10:51 -1 2015
          -1 2017-10-11 15:10:51 -1 2016

Now when I try and run the same moveto command, but with a slightly modified filename for the dst it looks to work.

pi@pi:~/Dropbox $ rclone --log-level DEBUG moveto "dropbox:camera uploads/2017-03-06 13.33.06.jpg" "dropbox:Family/Media/Photos/2017/03/2017-03-06 13.33.06-a.jpg"
