Rclone: Snap /home/$user/.rclone.conf: permission denied

You cannot configure rclone with the snap package.

Support for snap install was dropped a few months ago due to numerous issues. You can check the issues linked here: https://github.com/rclone/rclone/commit/10fa2a78066f0951623cf741dd9fc3625e46c3d2
