Rawtherapee: Gridlines in histogram

Hi, I am new to raw therapee (I have just installed version 5.5), and I am enjoying it a lot.
I have read in related issues that you have just changed the histogram view in 5.5, and new features seems nice. Nevertheless, for me (and maybe others that use other programs as Canon DPP or darktable), the previous view in 5.4 seems to be more "familiar", with the grid dividing in four equal parts the histogram.

I know that the graph represented is exactly the same (in linear-linear mode, I mean), but it "confuses" me a lot when I compare with other programs or my camera histogram.
Having the grid in half, quarter, eights and so on is OK, as it is related to stops (although it "seems" more logarithmic than linear) , but I would like to propose to have also additionally the older presentation, common for other raw developer programs, with only four quarters:

I am on the fence on this one. I personally do not use the gridlines at all... So, opinions from others?

I wouldn't mind if it was an option.

I prefer in linear mode to have equidistant gridlines. I don't mind if there is an option in the preferences.
