Qtox: With minimize to tray checked, qTox *closes* to tray on switching workspace

Close to tray is _not_ checked.

When the minimize setting is unchecked and workspace switched, qTox does _not_ minimize or close, as it should.

@agilob should be a fairly easy one to fix

Can someone with Cinnamon and KDE DEs test whether it's still reproducible on newest qTox builds https://wiki.tox.chat/binaries#other_linux ?

it is. It annoys me personally, it was fixed then someone broke it -.-' will be fixed soon again.

Still reproducible on Gnome 3.8 (Arch distro)
