Qksms: Banish mms

I am being charged each month for
A) inadvertently sending MMS messages and
B) receiving MMS messages

So I would like an option to stop Mms messages from being sent from my phone.

I would also like incoming mms messages to be bounced with an auto reply to sender saying that I am not accepting MMS messages please use another app such as WhatsApp!

Would love a switch to turn off MMS, have given the phone to my kid and immediately regretted that. MMS is very costly, where SMS is actually free...
