Proxysql: Broken backend connection can cause high CPU usage

When multiplexing is disabled and a backend connection is closed/broken, MySQL Thread can enter in an infinite loop causing very high CPU usage.

Setting this issue to be fixed in 1.4.0 , but will be backported to 1.3.x later on.
