Prezto: `source ~/.zshrc` doesn't reload the prompt

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a support request. Apologies if I'm missing something, but I cannot find a way to get zprezto to cleanly reload a shell session. I've assumed that calling source ~/.zshrc would restart my session, but calling this doesn't load up changes to a theme. I've also tried sourcing init and ~/.zprofile.

Use exec zsh.
