Release has passed QA validation 🚀thanks @PrestaShop/prestashop-qa !

1.7.6.5 is now ready to be delivered.
We expect complete delivery (ZIP being distributed + release note + multiple small updates such as new docker image creation) to be fully done on next Monday. As it is already Friday noon, we don't perform the delivery following No deploy on Friday rule.
If Monday delivery is finished, people should be able to upgrade their shops on Tuesday.
