Prestashop: ISO codes are mixed up

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:
It appears some languages are in PrestaShop but with the wrong ISO codes. Actually there are two issues:

• for dependent languages such as Peruvian Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese, the language ISO code is the country code

• other countries just have the wrong language code, it is the case for Slovenia and Vietnam

We need to find another way to refer to those dependent languages.

Portuguese, Brazil: br is the Brazilian country ISO 3166-1 alpha 2 code - it is the Breton language code
French, Canada: qc doesn't match any ISO 639-1 nor 3166-1 code
Chinese traditional: tw is the Taiwanese country ISO 3166-1 alpha 2 code - it is the Twi language code (cf. https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/pull/16053#issuecomment-544849081)
Spanish, Mexico: mx doesn't match any ISO 639-1 code - it is the Mexique country code
Slovenian: si is the Sinhalese language ISO 639-1 alpha 2 code - it should be sl as raised here
Vietnamese: vn is the Vietnamese country ISO 3166-1 alpha 2 code - it should be vi

Unfortunately this cannot be fixed without introducing breaking changes. IMO we should fix this by switching to IETF language tags everywhere in the next major.

Also Argentinian Spanish in prestashop is related to the two letter ISO code: "AG" but that is incorrect. The real code is AR. But if I change it, I start seeing my site in arabic or who knows what hieroglyphics...
Spanish in argentina is es-AR (nothing to do with Algeria, Arab, or anything else).

Hello @Tomicapo, it has been handled in issue #16029. :-)

Changing "es" to "mx" makes the formatted numbers correct but tiny mce gets broken.
Because there is no /lang/mx.js language.
