Prestashop: No logo and no product images on the invoice

[itisco]

Hi,
We activated the "display product image on the invoice" option but when we generate the invoice, there is no product image. I checked and there a product image on the product.
We noticed as well the the logo of the shop isn't displayed anymore.
Any idea why?

I did not manage to reproduce the issue with PS1.7.6.0.

Could you please navigate to the BO => Design => Images Settings => Try to Regenerate thumbnails.

Hello
I forgot to add that it was a 1.7.5.2 prestashop and we did updates to
1.7.6.0
I regenrated the thumbnails but nothing changed.
Still no products photo on the ivoice.

Hello, thanks for the answer.
No particular issue (no warning messages) during the update done with the
1clickupgrade module from prestashop..
Here are the thumbnails settings :

On a test shop, try to delete those images, keep only the images by default by PrestaShop, regenerate images, check & feedback.

Hi,
I don't think the issue is the images because on a clean install with the
same theme (on a demo site), the images on the invoice are working great,
but if you do an update of prestashop, then there is the issue.

Si les images des produits ne s'affichent pas sur les factures, il faut
modifier le fichier public_html/classes/pdf/HTMLTemplateInvoice.php :

Ligne 210 :

Remplacer
