Prestashop: Arabic Version Return Issue

Hello,
Recently I found a small bug after I upgraded my prestashop to the final release.

In fact. If some one has an delivered order and wants to return it, while the language is English, there is no way of submitting the request with selecting at least one product and writing a reason.

But if you chose the Arabic language, then you go to any delivered order, once the order is opened. go straight a way and click place return without selecting any product, then the system will ask to chose an item. don't chose and again click place a return you will see that the system is not showing you any more message and will take you out.

I tried the same for an order with 2 items and the same I tick the first product without giving a reason, then click on place a return, then the system will ask to update a reason. now remove the tick from the first product and tick the second one and click place a return without updating a reason, then the system will just take you out with no message.

I appreciate if someone has a solution for this.

the return is created and the system redirect me to the Merchandise Returns page

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to BO > SELL > Customer Service > Merchandise Returns
2. Enable returns
3. Go to FO > select arabic language
4. Go to Your account > Merchandise returns
5. It will redirect you to Order history page
6. Click on Details of an Order with status Shipped
7. Choose a product to return then click on Request Return button
8. Again the system will reidrect you to Order History page

I have the same issue with PS1.7.6.2 & the Arabic language => same issue.
I tried with other languages:

1. Persian => OK
2. Hebrew => OK
3. Japanese => OK
4. Greek => OK
5. Traditional Chinese => ok
6. English => ok
7. Russian => OK
8. Catalan => OK
