Hello,

I am displaying prices VAT excl. by enabling this option per each client group.

As checking out an order, price subtotals seems to be inverted, please have a look on pics attached.

As comparing 1.6 cart checkout vs. 1.7.0.4 (both VAT excl. prices per all clients groups):

PS 1.6 (please, look at pic attached):
Total Products (tax excl.)
Total shipping
Total (tax excl.)
Tax
TOTAL

PS 1.7.0.4 (please, look at pics attached):
Subtotal
Shipping
Included taxes
Total (tax excl.)

PS 1.7 cart prices are confusing as enabling prices VAT excl. per all clients groups. Cannot have a generic "Subtotal" VAT-incl as a sum of VAT-excl. prices. Prices on cart might need to be named and located as on PS 1.6.

I am no table to better explain, sorry, this issue is difficult to describe. Please, check out attached pics in order to understand this issue.

Hi Malemi,

This is just a status update for internal purposes at PrestaShop. Issues with tax incl/excl amounts and labels will have to be summed up and treated as a whole and I'll be the product manager in charge of specifying the details.
For now I don't need clarifications from you but I'll contact you directly when I have a prototype for fixing these issues.

Hello,

This important issue keeps unresolved.

Total price on my shop cart - set as VAT excl. - is not being shown up on cart.

That is not legal because EU law says we should always display total price at the end of any e-buying process.

That is a serious bug, guys.

I opened this bug on 31/Jan/17, today is 23 of agust 2017

More than 6 months and we still have our shops acting in no legal way and, above all, offering a BAD experience for our shop users.

What would you think as buying on an ecommerce site not showing you final total price you are going to pay ?

Nobody is going to take care of this issue ?

Agreed. This is a major issue that continues to be unresolved and ignored. In Canada, 1. it is illegal to not separate federal and provincial/state taxes and display each individually, and 2. it is illegal to not show a final total to be paid with taxes and shipping included. It is considered misleading to the customer and comes with fines.

Si je choisis d'afficher les prix HT pour une groupe de client, le total TTC devrait quand même être affiché car c'est ce prix qui sera payé.

Dans le cas où les prix sont affichés HT pour un groupe de client, les taxes sont activées et affichées dans le panier:

Dans la confirmation d'ajout au panier, le total TTC devrait être affiché en plus du total HT:

Sur le panier, le total TTC devrait apparaitre:

Et renommer le champ "sous total" par "total produit TTC" à toutes les étapes du panier

Sur la confirmation de commande, le total HT devrait être affiché avant les taxes et le total TTC en dernier:

I want to solve a problem
on my website.

1- I am a professional supplier all my prices are to display "tax excl." on the site, my at the time of the payment the tax must be added, whereas in my case to me, it is displayed my does not add to the amount total. see the example below + screenshot attached.

Example:
the customer has to pay 272,03 €. the customer must pay the subtotal + delivery charges + taxes, while my site displays the tax but does not ask to pay it.

should display this.

Sub-total € 204.19
Shipping 27,00 €
Total (tax excl.) € 231.19
Taxes 40,84 €

Total (tax incl.) 272,03 € <------ missing box.
(see the capture situation in attachment "Capture payment").

This issue is not fixed yet.
There are some major issues to solve before this one.
But PrestaShop is an open source project, so it can be solved before if someone submits a pull request to solve it.

Hello the team !
I sell only to professionals and I come to bring you some errors of displays on 1.7.3.x to 1.7.5.x!
In addition to display errors all along the order, in the shopping cart and on the order confirmation, when customer groups are displayed in HT, there is also a display problem in the customer's history and in the detail of the order.
The total amount must always be the subtotal tax excl + the taxes, even when the taxes are equal to 0!
