When creating an order in backoffice with a product that has a customization field, PS adds the product twice.聽

  • How to reproduce the issue ?

Create a product with a customization field non required and add it to cart in backoffice

Tested this in 1.7.2.4 and 1.7.3

I manage to reproduce the issue with the last version 1.7.3.0.

Another thing I found out:

controllers/orders/forms.tpl contains this code:

customization_html = '

{l s='Customization' d='Admin.Catalog.Feature'}

It seems to happen only if the product has a customizable field no required

How come this is still a bug? I got the same problem! Need to fix this quickly!

I am sorry, but we need to fix this in 1.7.6.9. In the moment we can not upgrade to 1.7.7 due to other issues. Do you have a workaround until we can upgrade?
