Prestashop: [BOOM-5403] Profiling for hooks and modules are broken

No info is shown for hooks and modules when profiling is activated. This was very helpful to have and works in PS 1.6

I manage to reproduce the issue with the last version 1.7.3.1.

But in Ps1.6, it is OK.

I manage to reproduce the issue with PS1.7.6.0, it is not fixed yet.
There are some major issues to solve before this one.
But PrestaShop is an open source project, so it can be solved before if someone submits a pull request to solve it.

Working in 1.7.5.2 I see a more serious profiling problem. The profiling information comes behind the page instead of below it. This makes it almost unusable.
