Powertoys: [Color Picker] Strange behaviour moving cursor on text

1. Run color picker
2. Move cursor on text
3. Keep moving slowly on text

✔️ Expected result

Two colors (the text and the background color) should be picked

❌ Actual result

Strange and unexpected colors are picked (see screenshots here)

My guess this is because of Cleartype - or something similar. Can you turn it off and the try again?

@Jay-o-Way Disabling ClearType solved the problem, thank you!
I don't know if it is worth leaving the issue open in case a workaround can be found or someone wants to mention it in the wiki
