Powertoys: PT Run has some problems with results shown (duplicate, misclasifying, etc.)

I have made a shortcut for a folder on Desktop named Whatsapp. When I search Whatsapp in PT Run, the search results include the folder Whatsapp as an application, as in the image below.

Please fix this issue as fast as possible because sometimes, the folder Whatsapp sometimes comes as the first result and leads to open the Folder instead of the app.

@alekhyareddy28 fyi, we are misclassifying LNK folder links from desktop as apps so they rank in the program plugin

There are now 2 apps with same name, with one not having an icon.

@crutkas the duplicated Whatsapp Desktop might be fixed with the removal of the Program cache. It looks like the older version wasnt getting removed on update. The folder part will still need to be fixed though.
