Powertoys: Settings Window Size Not Preserved

Environment

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.900]
PowerToys 0.19.2

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open PowerToys settings window by double-clicking icon in notification area
  2. Resize the window
  3. Close the window
  4. Open PowerToys settings window again

Expected behavior

Expected custom window size to be maintained on subsequent launch

Actual behavior

Window size is set to a size other than what I've personally set, perhaps a hard-coded default?
