Settings are not being shown when i click on them
Happening to me aswell, deleting all userdata from PowerToys does not fix the issue for me.
There is no error message.
Double clicking the icon or right click -> settings results in the same behavior.
Running the following configuration:
Windows 10 Pro
Version: 2004
Build: 19041.329
CPU: Intel Core i7-8550U
That information is probably not helpful, but I do not know what else to report.
If you have any diagnostics you want me to run, go ahead and ask.

Installation of "PowerToysSetup: 0.18.2-x64" includes the installation of the required "Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime - 3.1.4 (x64)". After this installation, the settings menu opens.
"Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime - 3.1.4 (x64)" did not get installed during my installation of PowerToysSetup: 0.19.1-x64.
Worked for me. You can get Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime from here: versionsof.net/core/3.1/3.1.4
Version 0.19.1 fixed it in my case. Settings now open.
@eqan we need more info, what version of PowerToys? if this is due to .net core, the installer should now install via the EXE installer.
