Powertoys: [PowerToys Run] add/integrate more wox plugins

Summary of the new feature/enhancement

I would like to have the following wox plugins in PowerToys Run already enabled, or integrated: -

• simple websearch,
• google translate
• (currency converter) -> here I would actually switch my request to recommend the integration of all conversions which the calculator app can already do, as mentioned from @aarish21 here https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/3248#issuecomment-631406611

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

add the plugins or integrate them by default.
for websearch should be an option to change the default search engine in settings

Please include the IP Address plugin, this is the most convenient method of locating your external ipv4 I've come across.
