Powertoys: [WW] - add virtual desktop name to label

Desktop Label

It would be nice to have in which desktop the application each process is located. For example, having the chrome.exe process labeled as desktop 1 would be handy for those of us who use many different virtual desktops at once.

Great project by the way. I have found it super handy already!
