Powertoys: Missing MSIX Package

The MSIX Packages are missing from PowerToys 0.16.0 Release

Environment

PowerToys version: 0.16.0

Steps to reproduce

https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases/tag/v0.16.0
search for MSIX package under assets

Expected behavior

Find an MSIX package to install

# Actual behavior

No MSIX package

@crutkas might be worth putting that information on the release notes page too, as I came here to ask the same question

Too bad that Microsoft asks all developers to move to Microsoft Store and MSIX but they don't do it themself.

we did try, but we ran into a couple of blocking issues. Now we have to wait until the fixes will be available to the public before we can release the MSIX installer.

Typical MS, push it new beta technology like App-V 5.0 and Msix on the masses, but still not getting high on it's own supply.
If the creators won't use it, why should we... :p
Msix is still a beta product and will prob. be until they put a lid on it just like Appx.
