Windows build number: 18362.449 - Win 10 Pro 1903
PowerToys version: v0.12.0
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): FancyZones
Open editor with Win + ~ and create custom zones. Add new zone. Try and Move zone to second monitor. Or move editor to second monitor and create new zone on second monitor.
Zone should move to second monitor or open on second monitor.
Existing and new zone windows are confined to Primary Monitor only.
I had the same problem first, but you need to have the mouse cursor on that monitor where you want to add zones and than press the hotkey ( Win + ~ ).
So you can have separate configs for each monitor.
I think it needs some information about that usage, but it works fine if you know it.
I'm changing the title to better reflect the issue that is a lack of documentation/difficult to discover feature.
