Powertoys: Fanzyzones and certain standalone windows of Chrome 77.0.3865.120 is not working

PowerToys version: 0.11.0

Steps to reproduce

Hold Shift and move Chrome window using left button click
In attached GIF video I am using the same browser session for Chrome, only the lower tab is detached (opened in the upper window) and now is its own window.

Expected behavior

Yellow zones should appear for both Chrome windows

Actual behavior

The yellow zones do not appear for one of the Chrome windows. Works fine for any other program I use.

this may be the same problem effecting https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/209
If that is the case we fixed it and the fix will be available in the upcoming release.
Leaving the issue open for now until it can be tested with the new code.
