Portainer: FEATURE REQUEST: Swarm rebalance

Hello,

I would be VERY handy to have a button to rebalance a service and all services when in swarm mode.

In front of each service, having a rebalance button which does the same as "docker service update --force".
And in the swarm part, having a button to rebalance all services.

Hi there!
In the service list view, if you select one service and click the Update button it sends the --force flag to the API as explained here

This is the message warning you about the force update:

And you have the same button in the service detail view.

Now we're working on this behavior for updating services.

Does the current force update solve your feature request issue?
