Portainer: "Show Documentation" button in "Create Container" view

I'd love to see a "Show Documentation" button in the "Create Container" view. Often there is the need to quickly look into the Dockerhub info page to look up what ports a container exposes, etc.

A button like this would be very convinient.

@hzlmn sure feel free to open a PR. Note that this button should only be displayed when the "Dockerhub" registry is selected.
