command + Q Forced exit, reopened to normal

I had these symptoms on Mojave (10.14.6). As @HanMs mentioned, quitting Pock and restarting seems to have fixed my problems.

I had these symptoms on Mojave (10.14.6). As @HanMs mentioned, quitting Pock and restarting seems to have fixed my problems.
