Hello. After the update to gtk+3.0-3.22.26, the context menu items are no longer pressed. The menu item is highlighted for a second and does not respond. I waited for it to be fixed, but gtk+3.0-3.22.30-r0 had already been released and nothing had changed. I managed to take a video on an example of how it looks: https://vk.com/video-164451644_456239027
P.S Device: Samsung GT-I9003
The bug does not depend on the locale.
Now I rolled back to gtk+3.0-3.22.21-r0 all is well!
"The latest version of Flash Player is required to view videos."
Could you upload the video to a site that doesn't require Flash Player? Youtube should work fine.
youtube-dl worked)Here is the commit history for GTK+3 in Alpine:
https://github.com/alpinelinux/aports/commits/master/main/gtk%2B3.0
Recently the Wayland backend was enabled, but that was after gtk+3.0-3.22.26, so it is not related to the bug you have found. (My first guess was that this caused the bug.)
Can you reproduce this with XFCE4?
Thanks for reporting @LibrePhone!
This bug exists on XFCE too. I've come across it when using Blueman which is based on GTK3.
Thanks @Decatf! I guess the best way to get this fixed would be talking to upstream (GTK+3.0) developers then, could either you or @LibrePhone open an issue and link it here?
https://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/unstable/gtk-resources.html
It's better if @LibrePhone report upstream.
I haven't tested with gtk+3.0-3.22.21-r0. How did you install an older version of gtk+3.0?
"The latest version of Flash Player is required to view videos." Strange, I do not require Flash. I have not installed it at all. In any case, I video uploaded here
I put the old version of gtk so:
wget http://dl-4.alpinelinux.org/alpine/v3.7/main/armhf/gtk+3.0-3.22.21-r0.apk
apk add --allow-untrusted gtk+3.0-3.22.21-r0.apk
@LibrePhone: if you have time, would you like to report this upstream to the GTK developers?
I reported everything in [email protected]
