Please add these two options for youtube videos
https://developers.google.com/youtube/player_parameters?playerVersion=HTML5#start
https://developers.google.com/youtube/player_parameters?playerVersion=HTML5#end
This will allow to skip part of youtube videos in the begining or in the end.

@gurupras has done a PR for this. I'll just take a look at it and then merge soon. It probably won't make 2.0.10 but in 2.0.11 for sure.
