Playnite: Option to choose cover as game icon if icon is not assigned

As a request, I think it would be good if, when all other options for obtaining icons fails (no icon in folder, no icon in the DB, nothing manually selected) and when a cover image is available, for there to be an option to automatically convert cover images into icons, downsized automatically of course.

Here is an image of what it looks like when covers convert into icons. Not ideal, but not all that bad looking either.

I'm going to implement it in the same way the alternative background image source works right now. There will be an option to display game cover as an icon if no icon is assigned.
