Pinpoint: Support the OpenTracing API

Description

Support the OpenTracing API.

  • to enable the pinpoint to be used as the back-end of the Distributed Tracing of Istio
  • first of all, implementing C++ drivers that support OpenTracing APIs
  • hope to release at the end of May

@dwkang is working on it and still, it's under development. I don't think there is any document for the time being.

Pinpoint team is working to release the version to support istio and node.js by the end of May.
