Picotorrent: Monochrome Tray Icon Option

Hi, I would love to see a monochrome tray icon option in preferences and went ahead and mocked up a quick one to illustrate what I think would add a stealthy feature.

I was thinking trying to work with dark/light mode could make this unnecessarily complicated, so I could make one with white foreground and transparent black background so it would work with both modes.

Either way there's a decent vector trace of the logo if you needed one.

Here is a semi-transparent background version that would look good on both modes.

The current icon shipped with 0.24 looks good in both dark and light mode.
Unless you want a monochrome icon for the taskbar, this feature can be dropped, as well as #676.
