Picongpu: Doc: PMacc (Memory) Boxes

While reading #2099 and also regarding some leftovers from #776: we should document in the sphinx developer section for PMacc what the relation between general memory boxes down to the field and particle boxes is.

This will help users to understand what general kernels do, such as KernelSetValue that operates on a general memBox.
