Phonegap-plugin-barcodescanner: Continuous and embedding scanning

Hi,

those are not so much issues but suggestions for improvement:

1. Continuous scanning: It would be great to have a special scanning modus in which the scanner will not stop scanning after an successful finding. Instead the camera should just stay open and the API would return identified codes continuously. In other words: I can scan many codes "in one chunk".
2. Embedded scanner: Currently, the scanner (camera) takes the whole screen. I have seen other scanners that leave a frame around the camera where I can display short messages (or any kind of HTML) while I am scanning, e.g. display the last identified code(s) or whatever.

The current barcode scanner is already great and I can't thank you guys enough for providing it. But those two add-ons that I mentioned above would really make it awesome!!!

We're really interesting in the feature : Embedding Scanning for example in a ion-card tag. We like to create a QR-Code Scanner like Whats App Web. There is the camera view in the middle of some html content.

To me, the most needed thing would be the "Embedded scanner" since it will allow to update the content of the webview while scanning.
But even the "Continuous scanning" would be a good thing, as long as it will provide a way to communicate the scanned value to the webview instantly instead of buffering the scannings and then send them all at once
