Papirus-icon-theme: Steam icon renders badly at 32x32

At 32x32, the white elements of the Steam icon render at an incorrect size/don't match up with the rest of the icon

It's a small issue but it's my only glaring issue with a set of icons that are otherwise really clean and well designed

24x24 looks fine:

32x32 has a small white element/way too much space in the blue:

48x48 looks fine again:
