My player build the mob farm, so many mobs on my sevrer and won't despawn.

For naturally spawned mobs this seems pretty useless, however for entities which do not spawn based on the mob limits, this might be useful.
Makes sense for items, but too much going on for mobs to offer something a plugin should be doing due to customization (spawn reason, named, tamed, bred, spawn egg holding item, wearing armor, etc). As kickash said, it _would_ be valid to say...

That way it's just one setting for a global mob type; those that came from a spawn cage. Actually...this sounds really nice. Spawner mobs are the most common offender. 馃
This would actually be easily achievable with a plugin, I see no reason why this should be part of paper itself.
