outline-client version: 1.3.1

error:
sorry,we could not configure system to connect to outline.please try running the installer again.
if you still cannot install outline,please get in touch with us and let us know that the TAP device could not be installed

i have same problem with outline 1.3.1 runing on windows7 32it
also i reinstall this version with 1.2.34 and it be installed but cannot connect to my server.
version 1.3.1 has working well on another PCs that run windows 8.1 64 bit
help me please.

same problem here, should be the source problem, I had to install the old version then upgrade to latest one.

Reproducing same issue on my Windows7 64bit with 1.3.10. I even tried to reinstall my Windows, issue still. :(

You all are great, thanks for helping support each other. @alalamav has been working tirelessly to find a reliable fix for this issue (https://github.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-client/pull/756 for instance)
