Outline-client: Please offer an independent dmg installation file for macOS

Now the users have to download outline client from app store in mac platform. But outline is not available in some district, such as China.

Ran into same issue when I just got back to China. Here is a workaround:

Install homebrew if you haven't already
run brew install mas
run mas install 1356178125

HI @TerminusBot, thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, the Outline macOS client must be distributed through the Mac App Store, given that it requires NetworkExtension entitlements (see answer 8 on this thread).

By doing that you effectively drop the majority users in the world who need safer internet. Your technical reason is good but the fact is bad. @alalamav

Need direct dmg link from mainland China. They blocked Mac App Store's outline.
