Outline-client: Proxy is not working in Outline Linux Client after resuming session from standby

Describe the bug
In Outline Linux Client, after resuming session from standby the internet proxy is not working.
Also, I am not able to connect again. At times it says "Invalid Key" and after some times, no response at all.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Linux Client and connect to any server
2. Go to standby mode, by closing the lid of the laptop.
3. After some time, open the lid and resume the session.

Expected behavior
Outline proxy to resume. If not, at least able to resume.

Desktop:

• OS: Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
• Browser: Chromium
• Version: 71.0.3578.98

Temporary Solutions that I found are :

1. Restart the machine.
2. Kill all outline process from the machine and reopen the client agent.
   Please submit feedback through the app and label it with this issue number.

I have been following this issue for a while. Looks like this issue still persists.

By the way, is there a way we can disable autostart behaviour on Outline Appimage?
