Osticket: Feature request: mobile App or better optimized site for mobile phones

At the moment the mobile view is not the best .

When it is possible I would be happy when you build an app for iOS/Android where I can directly manage my system :)

Making osTicket mobile-friendly is something we're looking into right now as a matter of fact. The App is something we're looking into because we have SO MANY requests for it and we would like one as well. So mobile-friendly coming soon and app is being discussed/looked into. 👍

Better mobile view in 1.11 or do you release such an update in a smaller update befor ?

Well, we are about to release v1.11 and it includes a lot of major features that have been requested. So it would be after v1.11. 👍

Ok. Is the update process from 1.10 to 1.11 easy ?
I’m a new customer from osTicket .

Or do you recommend to wait and set up a clean 1.11 installation ?

The upgrade process is 100% easy and simple. You just replace the files with the new version's files, backup your database, backup your include/ost-config.php file, and login. Once you login you'll be presented with the Upgrade page and all you have to do is click Upgrade. Once you do that the system will upgrade itself and give you a success page. At that point your system will be fully upgraded and you can start work again.

For me it’s new that you have a extra docs page for osTicket.
I don’t see any link on the osTicket website to the docs (maybe I don’t find them)

That’s because _it is_ new and isn’t officially released/announced yet lol We are about to announce/release a lot of things so be prepared lol

Which service do you use for the docs page ? Self developed ?

Click the footer in the bottom left corner and you'll see the "Powered By". We use a customized, self hosted version of that 👍
