Opentelemetry-js: TS Getting started guide

The Getting Started guide is excellent.
Would it be gratuitous to add a TS version of it?
Every addition to the guide would have to be done for JS and TS versions alike.

I think rather than having a different language version, we could just have ts code samples in addition to js code samples in the same document. maintaining 2 versions of the same guide seems like more trouble than it is worth.
