Thanks Dylan. Im new to OpenShot and asking questions about it.
@Rogerx56 - Not that I know of but I guess for now you could take a screenshot(print screen) using your OS and crop the image with an image editor. Not ideal but it would work.
I know this issue was closed a few months ago, but I, too, need to capture a single frame at full resolution to generate thumbnails for the videos that I upload. I figured I'd re-use this issue.
@DylanC , would you mind reopening this and setting the appropriate tags? (feature request, etc)
