Openra: could we get a V2 loading bar for when it is reloading the v2 rocket?

i feel as if this feature would be nice to have due to the v2 taking so long to reload and being able to know when the v2 will be reloaded would help commanders when in battle
also maybe this feature could be added to other units like the telsla tank among other things?

As far as I know, you, as a normal user, can only open/close/reopen an issue.

I don't like the idea of this: why is the V2 so special? What about the Cruiser, Artillery, Tesla Coils, etc? Learning the reload times is part of the strategy, so I don't think it justifies additional UI clutter on everything.

I do like the idea of this from a modding standpoint: weapons in OpenRA can be used in more ways than simple weapons (jousting logic? create a MIssile with a Rangelimit of 0 or 1, give it the range of the actual weapon and a condition warhead which only affects firer, done) and it is better of granting the ability for ammo pools having charge bars instead of charge pips for these phantom weapons.

I wouldn't object to merging a trait that enables this, I just don't want to see it used for the v2 / in our default mods.
